Delivery Details
Pool tables and football tables can be delivered to your door by our independent specialist carriers. All vehicles have tail-lifts for ease of off-loading. Deliveries are made by a single driver and therefore it is essential that you have sufficient help to receive the table.
All listed website products and delivery charges are for the UK mainland only. For all overseas deliveries including Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Channel Islands & Ireland please contact us for delivery/product costs.
The driver does not install the table and will only deliver to your door, however, if you wish for a full installation by a qualified fitter, then we can provide this service at an extra cost subject to availability and address. Our carriers will attempt to contact you at least 24 hours prior to delivery to arrange a convenient time.
Simply Pool would always recommend that you have your table fully installed and fitted by qualified specialists.
Most of the tables can be fairly easily installed, however, BOTH THE CABINET AND THE SLATE WEIGH MORE THAN 100KGS EACH, therefore sufficient people must be used to install.
If doing your own installation a full risk assessment must be carried out before proceeding. Excel Leisure cannot be held liable for any injuries caused by installation carried out by the customer.
Large spares such as pool table hard tops will be transported by carrier at an extra charge.
Access
Our delivery price is based on ground floor access and adequate parking facilities for the delivery vehicle. Most tables will be delivered in a large truck and it is therefore essential that you inform us of any potential delivery problems such as non-ground floor access, poor parking, narrow lanes etc as this may incur an extra charge. Failure to deliver due to lack of access not notified will be charged at normal delivery rates.
Spares and Accessories
Spares and accessories are normally delivered on a 24 hour next day service and so it is important that somebody is present at the address or a drop-off point with somebody in attendance. Small components maybe sent by Royal Mail. We endeavour to despatch all spares and accessories the same day subject to availability. There is a fixed 8.00 pounds carriage charge for all spares orders totaling less than 75.00 pounds before carriage. All spares orders over 75.00 pounds will be delivered Free of Charge to UK addresses. Please note this only applies to spares and accessories and not to games tables as they have there own fixed delivery charge. Details of any out of stock items on your order will be emailed to you prior to despatch.
Football Tables
Football tables are delivered in one box and are unassembled. Assembly is required and a full set of rods, nuts and bolts along with full assembly instructions are inside each table. You will require additional tools such as a hammer/mallet etc for full assembly. Each table weighs around 102 kgs and therefore sufficient people should be used to handle the product following a risk assessment of installation.
Delivery Time
We will contact you prior to delivery, however, we are not liable for late deliveries and cannot offer any compensation for any lost working time.
Cancellation
Any cancellation of pool table orders must be made 7 days before despatch.
Faulty Goods
Faulty goods must be notified to us within seven days of receipt.
Returned Goods
We will accept and credit in full any goods faulty in manufacture or remedy them to your satisfaction.
Goods must be returned in an unused and re-saleable condition to ensure full credit.
Refunds
Refunds for returned goods will be issued within 30 days of their return and following inspection.
