Question: Why should I buy from Excel Pool Tables

Our company has over 35 years of experience in manufacturing pool tables and accessories. This means you are dealing DIRECT with the manufacturer and therefore we are able to offer you the best deals possible.

We offer an excellent after sales backup service and have a full range of spares and accessories available. As we manufacture all our own pool tables we have the best experience and aftercare service that can be provided. We are available Monday to Friday to answer any technical queries you may have.

We operate from a modern factory (see pictures on home page) with a team of specialised craftsman. We can offer guaranteed delivery dates and carry a large stock of spares and accessories. This means you can buy with confidence knowing you are dealing with a reputable company.

Question: What are your opening hours?

Our company is open Monday to Friday between 9.00am and 5pm. You can call us on telephone number 0161 626 4333. This does not mean you have to wait to send your order. You can submit or fax an order or a query to us 24 hours a day and we will contact you ASAP during our opening hours.

Question: Will the table fit my room?

It is very important to make sure that you have enough space in your room for a pool table. Please see our installation page for full details before ordering. If you are at all unsure please call and we will be happy to give advice.

Question: What is the cost of delivery?

Delivery charges depend on the product and the address. The cost for delivering a 7ft slate bed pool table is 75 pounds. The delivery prices listed are to UK mainland address only and will be confirmed on contact. Spares items will be sent by overnight carrier or first class mail. There is an 8 pound fixed carriage charge for all spares orders totalling less than 75 pounds before carriage. All spares orders above 75 pounds will be delivered free of charge to UK mainland addresses.

Question: What do I receive with my pool table?

On delivery of all our pool tables you will have everything required to immediately begin playing a game of pool. All 6ft and 7ft UK tables come complete with 2 cues, set of Aramith balls with cue ball, a brush, triangle, PVC cover, rules and 12pcs of chalk. All other non UK tables on our website will come complete with full accessories required for two people immediately play a game of pool but they may not include more specialised items such as PVC covers & rules etc.

Question: Will the pool table be set up and installed by us?

All our tables are delivered to the door only. We can provide a setup and full installation service for most UK mainland addresses at an extra charge. Please ask for details of this cost and availability on ordering your table as this will be subject to your delivery address. Installation is carried out by independent fitters and this may effect the delivery date.

The tables are easy to install but due to the weight of the table and the slate you must have adequate strong people onhand to help. We can provide any advice or guidance required on installing you table.

Question: How long will it take for my table to be delivered?

We would normally advise between 7-10 working days for a pool table or football table delivery to the UK mainland. This delivery time may vary depending on the product, your address or other circumstances and is not a guaranteed timescale. However since we do manufacture our own pool tables we are able to plan in advance the tables required for production. This means we can offer an accurate and true delivery time as we are not relying on suppliers to make the tables for us.

Your table will be delivered Monday - Friday during a working week.

Question: Do you only sell coin operated football tables?

Question: How do I order and pay?

Once you have decided on the product you wish to buy you can either send your order by pressing the submit order button, by sending us your order by fax, or calling us direct on 0161 626 4333. Once we have your order we will contact you to advise of delivery and payment terms.

There are several ways to pay. You can pay by either sending us a cheque. Bring the money to our offices or you can pay by most major credit or debit cards. The credit card payment can be made over the phone and your details are totally secure. Excel Pool Tables does not store any credit card details. You will receive a confirmation receipt shortly after your purchase.
